The ventilation window of the bathroom is directly connected to the outside. When the light is turned on at night, mosquitoes will fly in and small geckos will crawl in. The room may have a smell because it is too humid. However, the hotel service is very good. We went to Safari the next morning because the off-road vehicle was stuck in a mud pit and delayed time. We returned to the hotel late. The hotel also called to ask if we needed to save our breakfast.

Location is great in the city , for sight seeing. The pool is quite small but good for a refreshing dip. The rooms are a bit dated , could do with more attention to cleaning. No windows in the room ( unless you want to open blinds into communal hall. Food in the restaurant was great !

Warm welcome from the team. Room spacious clean . Great views. Could see monkeys lake and wide range of birds from balcony. Eve meal and breakfast variety of different local and continental. Wir waren skeptisch wegen der drei Sterne, wurden dann angenehm überrascht. Dieses großzügige Hotel am Nationalpark bietet alles, was man rund um Safaris braucht: Klimatisierte Zimmer (es ist sehr schwül), gutes Essen, Massagen und einen wirklich schönen, großen Pool. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten von unserem Zimmer (402) einen tollen Blick auf Stausee und Nationalpark. Wir bedanken uns bei den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern und möchten den besonders aufmerksamen Service von Asanka hervorheben. Asanka

Nice Big Hotels
We stay group 18 person have 8 rooms. Everything is good.Is like 4 star hotel.
Good food nice breakfast no complaints Definitely.Recommend for anybody to stay in this hotel.

Our visit to the facility with our Australian group was nothing short of extraordinary! We were thrilled to enjoy five amazing rooms, perfectly situated just steps away from the sanctuary. The hospitality was off the charts—every moment felt carefully curated and incredibly attentive. Every meal was a delightful. The amenities truly blew us away, and everything was incredibly accessible, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the gym could use a little upgrade, it barely dented the excitement of our experience. From the instant we arrived, the welcoming atmosphere wrapped around us like a warm hug, continuing all the way to our check-out. It was an unforgettable experience bursting with warmth and exhilaration!
